Each year the association hosts a catered Summer Event at the Beach with fishing contests, raffles and plenty of games for the kids! Volunteers are always needed. Look for announcements on the kiosk at the front entrance of the subdivision to share announcements or information pertaining to all neighbors. 

***Do you have a knack for organizing events and a desire to make a positive impact on your community? If so, I have the perfect opportunity for you! Two Homeowner Association Meetings are held each Spring and Fall. Dates and times will be sent via email as well as posted on the website. Please try to attend in-person or virtually.

We are always on the lookout for Lake, Social, Landscaping Committee Members and Volunteers! Get involved and meet your neighbors! Take pride in your neighborhood and if you have pets, kindly clean up after them when walking around the neighborhood.

Two Beach tags are given to new residents to place on the dashboard of your car/s when parking at the beach to identify you as a neighbor. Please contact us if you have not received them.
